About
Why this directory exists
Fintech brand design has specific requirements that general branding expertise doesn't address — and this directory is built around them.
Fintech Brand Design is an independent directory of brand design agencies with documented experience in financial technology. The directory exists because fintech brand design has specific requirements that general branding expertise doesn't address — trust design under conditions of financial anxiety, compliance constraints that affect visual and verbal decisions, and brand systems that need to function coherently across marketing, product, and regulatory contexts simultaneously.
The ten agencies listed have been selected through a structured research process evaluated against five criteria: fintech portfolio quality through live deployed work, evidence that compliance requirements entered the design process before legal review, product application of the brand system, stage and brief fit, and independent validation from named clients on verifiable platforms.
The range is deliberate. Interbrand and Siegel+Gale represent the enterprise end of the market — consultancies that connect brand strategy to measurable financial outcomes for global institutions. Mission Control and Fintech Branding Studio represent the early-stage end — studios built specifically for pre-seed and Series A fintechs. Each agency is positioned for the type of work it has actually done, not the work it claims to serve.
A studio's absence reflects either insufficient verifiable fintech brand portfolio work or not yet having been reviewed. The directory is reviewed once per year. Corrections and profile updates can be submitted via the Contact page.
